I use two for our shop, and it keeps the tape at hand, easy to get a bit with one hand (very important). It is weighted and has a rubberized base, so it stays put when you're pulling and tearing the tape. The case is solid, and the plastic reel that holds the tape roll swings up for easy tape replacement. And the extra tape rolls make this a good deal.
